Welcome
The Miller lab is a research group in the Departments of Molecular & Cell Biology and Chemistry at UC Berkeley. Our long term goal is the development and application of chemical and molecular tools to understand and explore neurobiology and cellular physiology. To achieve these goals we employ techniques in molecular design, organic synthesis, molecular biology, cell biology, imaging, and electrophysiology.
In the Miller lab, we believe diverse scientists bonded through a common love of research and education foster innovation and scientific progress. We welcome people of all backgrounds, races, genders, sexualities, national origin/immigration status, and religions. Our group strives to create a culture of support and respect for one another. With a commitment to be involved in our community, we work to grow and learn together as a lab.
